Beautiful traditional waney-edged (or live-edge) Douglas Fir cladding boards, milled here at Valley Sawmillss from locally sourced Douglas Fir. Each board retains its natural waney edge, giving a wonderfully rustic, organic character that suits contemporary barns, garden studios, extensions and fencing alike. At approximately 250mm average width and 3.6m in length, these boards give great coverage and are available treated or untreated, ask us if you need a specific finish. Douglas Fir is one of the more durable softwoods, naturally resistant to decay and an excellent choice for cladding, these are green pressure treated to extend their lifespan. Boards widths will vary. Seal cut ends with end-grain preservative.
